Sr Hildegardis Grumser died 6 January 1920 at the Mater Infirmorum Convent, King William's Town
Hedwig Grumser was born in Laatsch bei Meran Tyrol on 24 October 1869. She joined the Congregation as a Mission Candidate at St Ursula’s Convent, Augsburg in 1889 and arrived at the Motherhouse in King William’s Town on 19 September of the same year. She made her Profession on 25 June 1891. Sr Hildegardis worked as Cook in the Convents in Izeli, East London, Belgravia, Klerksdorp and Graaff Reinet.
Sr Rosa Schnell died 18 January 1920 at Grahamstown Hospital
Elizabeth Schnell was born in Schachen, Lindau, Bavaria on 13 February 1874. She joined the Congregation as a Mission Candidate at St Ursula’s Convent, Augsburg in 1892 and arrived at the Motherhouse in King William’s Town in December of that year. She made her Profession on 24 August 1894. She taught at the Holy Mission at Keilands and at the Convent schools in Graaff Reinet, Izeli and Grahamstown.
Sr Gaudentia Steinbeis died 9 JUne 1920 at the Convent of the Sacred Heart Motherhouse, King William's Town
Victoria Steinbeis was born in Pessenburgheim, Augsburg, Bavaria on 16 December 1884. She entered the Congregation as a Postulant at St Immaculata Convent, Schlehdorf in 1911 and arrived at the Motherhouse in King William’s Town on 4 April of that year. She made her Profession on 2 November 1912. She remained at the Motherhouse as dressmaker.
Sr Gonzales Kienzerle died 10 September 1920 at the Convent of the Sacred Heart, Potchefstroom
Victoria Kienzerle was born in Kohlgrub, Munchen- Freising, Bavaria on 23 December 1874. She joined the Congregation as a Candidate at St Immaculata Convent, Schlehdorf in 1905 and arrived at the Motherhouse in King William’s Town on 10 March 1906. She made her Profession on 18 August 1907. She taught the lower grade classes at the Convent schools in Izeli and Potchefstroom.

Sr Hilaria Füchsle died 17 February 1919 at Maria Hilf Convent, Woodlands, King William's Town
Kreszentia Füchsle was born in Bobingen, Augsburg, Bavaria on 4 July 1870. She joined the Congregation as a Mission Candidate at St Ursula’s Convent, Augsburg in 1890 and arrived at the Motherhouse in King William’s Town In the same year. She made her Profession on 16 November 1892. Sr HIlaria taught at the Convent schools in East London, Izeli and Woodalnds, where she was Superior.
Sr Pelagia Leimer died 6 June 1919 at the Mater Infirmorum Convent, King William's Town
Helena Leimer was born in Lengrtal Unterhirschwell Niederbayern on 2 October 1886. She entered the Congregation at St Immaculata Convent, Schlehdorf in 1908 and arrived at the Motherhouse in King William’s Town in the same year. She made her Profession on 30 October 1909. Sr Pelagia waas infirmarian at the King William’s Town Convents and the Motherhouse and the Mater Infirmorum.
Sr Silveria Nagler died 31 July 1919 at the Mater Infirmorum Convent, King William's Town
Franziska Nagler was born in Munchen, Bavaria on 15 December 1893. She entered the Congregation at St Immaculata Convent, Schlehdorf in 1912 and arrived at the Motherhouse in King William’s Town in 12 April of the same year. She made her Profession on 5 October 1913. In her short life she taught music at the Mission school of the Motherhouse.
Sr Fridolin Kramer died 9 October 1919 at the Mater Infirmorum Convent, King William's Town
Johanna Kramer was born in Unterdiessen Post Buchloe Schwaben Bavaria on 23 March 1882. She entered the Congregation at St Immaculata Convent, Schlehdorf in 1904 and arrived at the Motherhouse in King William’s Town in 1906. She made her Profession on 18 August 1907. For the few short years she had at the Motherhouse she did needlework but in 1911 she became ill with consumption and spent the remaining nine years of her life as an invalid at the Mather Infirmorum.

Sr Meinrad Hofberger died 5 May 1918 at the Convent of the Sacred Heart, Graaff Reinet
Magdalena Hofberger was born in Stotzard, Aichach, Bavaria on 11 April 1892. She entered the Congregation as a Postulant at St Immaculata Convent, Schlehdorf in 1911 and arrived at the Motherhouse in King William’s Town on 12 April 1912. She made her Profession on 15 October 1913. At the Motherhouse she had lessons in music and then, being musically gifted, taught piano, violin and singing at the Motherhouse before falling ill and being transferred to the better Karroo climate of the Convent in Cradock.
Sr Casimir Birkenmayer died 25 May 1918 at the Convent of the Sacred Heart, East London
Katharina Birkenmayer was born in Rossbert, Waldsee, Wurttemberg on 29 September 1883. She entered the Congregation at St Immaculata Convent, Schlehdorf in 1904 and arrived at the Motherhouse in King William’s Town on 10 March 1906. She made her Profession on 18 August 1907. From 1909, for the next 10 years Sr Casimir taught Std III at the Boys’ School in East London.
Sr Magdalen Nolan died 7 August 1918 at the Mater Infirmorum Convent, King William's Town
Annie Nolan was born in Castlebridge, Co Wexford, Ireland on 17 March 1860. She entered the Congregation at the Convent of the Sacred Heart Motherhouse in King William’s Town in 1882 and arrived at the Motherhouse in King William’s Town in 1906. She made her Profession on 18 August 1907. She taught Catechism and prepared children for the Sacraments at a numer of the Convent schools, including Sacred Heart Convent in East London.
Sr Natalia Kappeler died 15 October 1918 at the Convent of Our Lady of the Rosary, Izeli, King William's Town
Karoline Kappeler was born in Kempten Bavaria on 11 January 1872. She joined the Congregation as a Mission Candidate at St Ursula’s Convent, Augsburg in 1897 and arrived at the Motherhouse in King William’s Town in the same year. She made her Profession on 22 July 1899. In 1900 she was assigned to the Convent in Izeli where she was Infirmarian.
Sr Electa Webster died 23 October 1918 at the Convent of the Sacred Heart, Cradock
Maimee Webster was born in Johannesburg, Transvaal, SA on 18 May 1890. She received her education at the Convent in Belgravia, obtaining a BA Matric Pass. A convert to the Catholic Faith she Entered the Congregation at the Convent of the Sacred Heart Convent Motherhouse, King William’s Town in 1913 and made her Profession on 15 February 1915. In 1917 she was assigned to the Convent in Cradock where she contracted the Spanish Influenza and died of pneumonia.

Sr Irenaea Weiss died 14 March 1917 at the Mater Infirmorum Convent, King William's Town
Augusta Weiss was born in Neuravensburg bei Wangen Allgaeu Bavaria on 13 August 1886. She entered the Congregation at St Immaculata Convent, Schlehdorf in 1915 and arrived at the Motherhouse in King William’s Town in the same year. She made her Profession on 13 July 1916. She was assistant cook at the Motherhouse.
Sr Annunciata Flannery died 18 December 1917 at the Mater Infirmorum Convent, King William's Town
Johanna Flannery was born in Rondebosch, Cape Province, SA on 10 August 1865. She entered the Congregation at the Convent of the Sacred Heart, Motherhouse, King William’s Town in 1893 and made her Profession on 3 April 1894. In 1897 she did her teachers’ exam and the following year began to teach at the Convnet school in East London. Subsequently she taught at the Convent schools in Fort Beaufort, King William’s Town and Graaff Reinet.

Sr Veronica Gray died 11 September 1916 at the Mater Infirmorum Convent, King William's Town
Minnie Gray was born in Harrowgate, Yorkshire, England on 6 May 1867. She joined the Congregation at the Convent of the Sacred Heart Motherhouse, King William’s Town in 1890. She made her Profession on 18 January 1892. She taught at the Motherhouse before being assigned as a member of the group founding the Convent in Potchefstroom where she then taught for a number of years. She subsequently taught at the Convent school in Klerksdorp before becoming ill with consumption and retiring to the Mater Infirmorum Convent.
Sr Charitas Dotterweich died 17 December 1916 at the Mater Infirmorum Convent, King William's Town
Elisabeth Dotterweich was born in Frensdorf, Bamberg, Bavaria on 2 December 1887. She joined the Congregation as a Postulant at St Immaculata Convent, Schlehdorf in 1909 and arrived at the Motherhouse in King William’s Town in the same year. She made her Profession on 7 March 1911.

Sr Crispina Larasser died 9 November 1915 at the Convent of the Sacred Heart, Motherhouse, King William's Town
Kreszenzia Larasser was born in Miesbichl bei Haag Oberbayern Bavaria on 11 December 1888. She entered the Congregation as a Postulant at St Immaculata Convent, Schlehdorf in 1914 and arrived at the Motherhouse in King William’s Town on 31 March in the same year. She made her Profession on 10 October 1915, just a month before her death.

Sr Patrick Marren died 19 February 1914 at the Convent of the Sacred Heart, Klerksdorp
Mary Marren was born in King Williams Town, S A on 4 December 1870. She was a Day scholar at the Convent in King William’s Town. She entered the Congregation as a Postulant at the Convent of the Sacred Heart, Motherhouse, King William’s Town in 1901 and made her Profession on 16 July 1902. She taught music at the Convents in Potchefstroom, East London, Graaff Reinet and Klerksdorp, where she contracted Typhoid Fever and died.
Sr Xaveria Kaes died 9 November 1914 at the Mater Infirmorum Convent, King William's Town
Victoria Kaes was born in Oberigling, near Buchloe, Bavaria on 25 June 1863. She joined the Congregation at St Ursula’s Convent, Augsburg in 1885 and arrived at the Motherhouse in King William’s Town later that year. She made her Profession on 14 April 1887. Sr Xaveria taught at the Convent schools in East London for thirteen years and in Cradock for three years.
Sr Severina Mayr died 31 December 1914 at the Mater Infirmorum Convent, King William's Town
Maria Anna Mayr was born in Fronhofen, Dimandstein, Bavaria on 25 May 1867. She joined the Congregation at St Ursula’s Convent, Augsburg in 1895 and arrived at the Motherhouse in King William’s Town on 11 November in the same year. She made her Profession on 16 July 1897. She worked as housekeeper and cook at the Convent in Izeli and then at the Motherhouse. In 1904, following the amputation of her leg, she moved to the Mater Infirmorum Convent where she was Superior and managed the house and fields.

Sr Alcantara Kastl died 18 June 1913 at the Convent Our Lady of the Rosary, Izeli, King William's Town
Anna Maria Kastl was born in Zackenberg, Post Ruhmannsfelden, Bavaria on 12 October 1878. She entered the Congregation as a Postulant at St Immaculata Convent, Schlehdorf in 1907 and arrived at the Motherhouse in King William’s Town at the end of April of the same year. She made her Profession on 17 October 1908. In her short religious life she worked in the gardens of the Motherhouse and the Convent in Izeli.
Sr Genevieve Guggemos died 9 October 1913 at the Mater Infirmorum Convent, King William's Town
Walburga Guggemos was born in Rueckholz Oberdorf Allgaeu Bavaria on 22 March 1874. She joined the Congregation at St Ursula’s Convent, Augsburgh in 1895 and arrived at the Motherhouse in King William’s Town in the same year. She made her Profession on 16 July 1897. In 1899 she was one of the Foundresses of the Convent in Potchefstroom where she was both carpenter and mason. In 1912 she was assigned to the Convent in Klerksdorp.
Sr Constantia Kamin died 22 December 1913 at the Mater Infirmorum Convent, King William's Town
Theresia Kamin was born in Deutsch Damerau, Stuhm, West Prussia on 9 August 1892. She entered the Congregation as a Postulant at St Immaculata Convent, Schlehdorf and arrived at the Motherhouse in King William’s Town on 18 March 1913. She made her Profession on 1 November 1913 a few weeks before her death.

Sr Raphaela Anetzberger died 2 December 1912 at the Convent of Our Lady of the Rosary, Izeli, King William's Town
Catharina Anetzberger was born in Anetzberg bei Passau Bavaria on 1 August 1865. She joined the Congregation at St Ursula’s Convent, Qugustburg in 1892 and arrived at the Motherhouse in King William’s Town on 13 December in the same year. She made her Profession on 24 August 1894. She was assigned to the Convent in Izeli where she worked in the house, fields and garden.
